Copy.exe this is a “spyware” called "Salga-A" worm.
this spyware will automatically create copy.exe,autorun.ini on each drives on your
computer.
If infected, you cannot open any of your drive .when you right click on your drive it will ask for "select a software" to open .
Solution:
Easy method: To remove this, install Kaspersky antivirus 2009.And scan the system .Kaspersky 2009 will remove this efficiently
Step by step method

START --> RUN --> type "regedit" -->ENTER

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\

Then locate
windows\"%SYSTEM%\system copy.exe "
OR
system xp\%WINDOWS%\acdsee demo.exe
Delete both or any existing and then close the regedit and restart the system on "safe mode" with system restore disabled

How to disable system restore
